Our group cycle program is a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes you on a stationary bike that achieves the sweatiest ride of your life. Classes offer a non-impact way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. It is guaranteed to get your heart pumping, scorch calories, and deliver an exercise experience like no other!

Exciting music, enthusiastic coaching, and lighting effects set the mood for a fun, challenging and results driven work out! The intensity varies throughout the class, thanks to changing up body position, pedal speed, and resistance. And get ready to listen up: The instructor will yell out instructions to imitate a genuine ride.

Change up your daily gym routine, have loads of fun, and burn up to 700calories in our Cardio Kickboxing class! Kickboxing is an action packed full body workout that combines martial arts, boxing and fitness drills on and off the bag. Upbeat music and motivational instruction sets the background as you kick, punch, block and move your body in each challenging and unique class.

The kickboxing techniques used provide resistance training and cardiovascular benefits as you strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination. All levels are welcome!

Combine the cardio and endurance benefits of group cycle for the first 30 minutes and then end with with a total body strength circuit sure to get your metabolism soaring! Circuit training squashes common excuses for not exercising because it takes little time, is action packed, and trains all body parts in one session so it does not need to be done every day. It consists of performing multiple exercises on multiple body parts in a row with little rest in between. Get maximum results in a minimum amount of time as you sculpt your muscles and blast the fat! All levels are welcome!
