Krav Maga, which means “contact combat” in Hebrew, is the official self-defense system of Israel. Krav Maga was created for all types of fitness and strengths. This art is based on your own instincts; the techniques are not complicated, but highly effective. Your success level is based on the intensity of the physical conditioning and the level of repetition of the techniques used. It is simple, aggressive, easy-to-learn and easy-to-remember.

Aggressive Self-defense

krav-sideMembers will learn to defend themselves against common chokes, grabs/bear-hugs and grappling as well as weapons such as guns and knives without panic or fear. As with any self-defense class, members will learn proper striking techniques. However with Krav Maga, not just one technique is taught. Krav Maga borrows from multiple styles including Muay Thai Boxing, Ju-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and other close combat techniques, but is structured for every size and level of ability.
